Esperanto Design has 77 apartments with the area from 18m2 to 37m2 for maximum 2 people, decorated in Scandinavian style and spacious parking for 70 cars. Each apartment is equipped with kitchenette (refrigerator, induction hob), bathroom with shower and washing machine, balcony and parking place.
Our apartments has been divided into 2 categories: TYPE I with the area from 18m2 to 24m2 and TYPE II with the area from 28m2 to 37m2 with separated dinette-kitchenette area and living area. Each apartment is equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, balcony and parking place.
APARTMENTS TYPE I with the area from 18m2 to 24m2 consists of bedroom area and kitchenette. Each apartment has a comfortable sofa bed (with sleeping option for 2 people), kitchenette which allows you to prepare your own meals, spacious bathroom with shower, balcony and parking place. Furthermore each apartment is equipped with SMART TV with a range of TV channels and access to the Internet.
APARTMENTS TYPE II with the area from 28m2 to 37m2. In the biggest apartments, the spacious area is created by living area with comfortable sofa bed (with sleeping option for 2 people) and separated dinette – kitchenette area. Each apartment has a kitchenette which allows you to prepare your own meals, spacious bathroom with shower, balcony and parking place. Furthermore each apartment is equipped with SMART TV with a range of TV channels and access to the Internet.
